A: Unfortunately, merchandise cannot be purchased thru the website. We are a to-the-trade showroom and work exclusively with Interior Designers. However, you may phone, or fax in your order through your decorator. If you do not have a decorator, we will gladly refer one to you.

A: Yes. As a courtesy we do allow our clients' to take a rug home "on approval" for a limited number of days. If it doesn't work we will gladly accept your return.

A: Yes, we offer full service carpet installation. Our professional installers are licensed and insured. We will gladly remove and dispose of your existing materials, move furniture, provide quality padding and install your new carpet.

A: Yes, we manufacture custom hand knotted wool Tibetan rugs. Sizes and color combinations are unlimited. Wool and silk combinations are also available. We also manufacture custom hand-tufted wool rugs from China. Sizes and colors are also unlimited, as well as wool and silk combinations. All orders are shipped by air to ensure rapid delivery.

A: Yes, not only do we ship all over the United States but we will work with your freight forwarder to export your order. Smaller shipments can be made via UPS or FedEx.

A: Yes, most of our rugs are available in many standard sizes. Please call or e-mail us for information on a specific rug.
